Nike สร้างสรรค์รองเท้าใหม่สุดเท่ที่คุณใส่ได้โดยไม่ต้องใช้มือ

For a while now, Nike has been releasing a line of shoes that makes it really easy for users to put on. They call it the FlyEase line, and the basic idea has always been to make it as effortless as possible for wearers to get into them without having to fiddle around with laces, or deal with tight collars or heel tabs, for example.

Well, the latest shoe in the line-up just released, and it’s something that damn near perfects the concept.

Called the Go FlyEase, the shoe completely does away with any sort of lace, zipper, or velcro strap system, yet allows wearers to put it on without ever needing to use their hands.

No hands required.

The mechanism used is what Nike calls a “bi-stable hinge”, a piece around the middle of the shoe that enables it to be secure in fully-open and fully-closed states. This is coupled with the Go FlyEase tensioner that allows wearers to “kick off” the shoe just as effortlessly as putting it on, transforming an action usually known as damaging to footwear into an intuitive and natural-feeling maneuver.

Here’s what putting on and taking off the shoe looks like:

To put the shoe on, the user simply steps into the shoe, which then locks in place thanks to the bi-stable hinge. Removing the shoe is just as simple, requiring that the user only press down on the protruding heel “stand” with toe of the opposite foot, and then stepping out of the shoe.

Nike says that the Go FlyEase will complement any sort of lifestyle, from active to casual, and the shoe looks to fill in a gap for many with disability issues, whether it be difficulty in bending over to tie laces, or even reduced or complete lack of arm motor functions.

Sophisticated, accessible solutions, like those in Nike GO FlyEase, are emblematic of the “better is temporary” mentality that drives Nike FlyEase technology,” read the copy on the Nike site. “Since its debut, the technologies have been employed in numerous footwear styles across basketball, running and sportswear.”

If you’re thinking of copping a pair, the Go FlyEase will be first available to select Nike Members at a price of US$120 starting February 15, 2021, before it becomes more widely available in the later part of 2021.
